Week 1 Grocery List:
Meat:
6 lb boneless-skinless chicken breast
2 lb stew meat
4 pork chops, bone-in, 3/4-inch thick
3 lb beef sirloin tip roast
1 lb your favorite meat (chicken, hamburger, etc.), optional
Produce:
8 garlic cloves (I just use jarred minced garlic)
1 small red onion
1 large sweet onion
1 onion (whatever is cheapest)
1 c mushrooms (optional)
4 large baking potatoes
2 bags salad mix of choice
1 lb broccoli
Canned Foods/Pantry:
Brown sugar
Low-sodium soy sauce
Vinegar
1 can Lemon-lime soda
Dried ginger
Crushed red pepper flakes
16 oz package brown rice
3 cans (4 oz) diced green chilies
8 oz can tomato sauce
Salt-free Mexican seasoning
Chili powder (buy in Hispanic foods aisle, it's much cheaper)
1 can low sodium beef broth
16-oz jar chipotle salsa
1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
Honey BBQ sauce
Chili sauce
8 oz can crushed pineapple
1 pkg uncooked elbow macaroni
1 pound 2% Velveeta
2 cans cream of something soup
Garlic salt
Bacon bits
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
Frozen:
1 16-oz package stir fry veggies
Refrigerated:
Beer (you only need 1/2 c so a small beer would be fine)
1 package shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 package shredded white cheddar cheese (or similar cheese if this is hard to find or too expensive)

Egg substitute
Butter
1 (10 oz) can refrigerated biscuits
Bakery:
Sandwich/hamburger rolls
